Veggie Noodles

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti noodles
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 small carrot, sliced into long strips
  • 100g broccoli floret
  • 100g Peppers 
  • ½ red onion 
  • 100g Spring Onion 
  • 4-5 tsp Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce 

Method

  1. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the carrot, broccoli, sweetcorn, and green beans. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add the spinach and Tadka Magic and stir for 2-3 minutes
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss gently to combine with the vegetables and sauce.

Green Beans & Potato Curry

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 400g green beans
  • 150g potatoes
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 4 tsp Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce

Method

  1. Slice the green beans and potatoes finely.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
  3. Add the green beans and potatoes and cook gently for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  4. Stir in 4 tsp of Tadka Magic curry sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes

Serve with naan bread and a fresh salad.

Lamb Curry

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 600g lamb, diced
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 jar Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced lamb and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Pour in the entire jar of Tadka Magic sauce and stir well to coat the lamb evenly.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25–30 minutes, or until the lamb is tender

Serve hot with naan, rice, or your favourite sides.

Pizza

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3–4 tsp Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce
  • 100g grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Optional toppings: diced chicken, paneer cubes, sliced vegetables (onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach), jalapenos

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C fan) / 425°F.
  2. Spread Tadka Magic evenly over the pizza base as the sauce.
  3. Sprinkle the grated cheese generously over the curry sauce.
  4. Add your desired toppings on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden and the crust is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh coriander or rocket.
  7. Slice and serve immediately.

BBQ Chicken Wings

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken wings
  • 1–2 tsp oil
  • 3–4 tbsp Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) / 400°F.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry and toss lightly with 1–2 tsp of oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove wings from the oven and brush generously with Tadka Magic curry sauce.
  6. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes to caramelize the sauce slightly.

Mince Lasagne with a Pinch of India Fusion

Serves 4–6

Ingredients

  • 6–8 lasagne sheets
  • 500g minced beef or lamb
  • 4 Tsp Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce
  • 400g tomato Bolognese sauce
  • 200g grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / 350°F. 
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat, and cook until browned. 
  3. Add your tomato Bolognese sauce and Tadka Magic and stir through. 
  4. Spread a thin layer of the curry-Bolognese mixture on the base of a baking dish. 
  5. Place a layer of lasagne sheets over it. 
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of curry-Bolognese and cheese on top. 
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling. 
  8. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
