Pasta Bake

Serves 2–3

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 jar (200–250g) ready-made pasta bake sauce
  • 2–3 tbsp Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce
  • 150–200g grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / 350°F.
  2. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, gently heat the jarred pasta bake sauce and stir in 2–3 tbsp Tadka Magic until fully combined.
  4. Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta in a baking dish.
  5. Top with grated cheese evenly.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling.

Aubergine(Eggplant) & Potato Curry

Serves 3–4

Ingredients

  • 300g aubergine (eggplant), chopped into cubes
  • 300g potatoes, peeled and diced and boiled
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 4 tsp Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce

Methods

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the aubergine cubes and cook for another 10 minutes, until both are tender and lightly golden.
  4. Stir in 4 tsp of Tadka Magic sauce and simmer for 10 minutes

Serve with naan bread, rice, or a fresh salad.
