Pasta Bake
Serves 2–3
Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 jar (200–250g) ready-made pasta bake sauce
- 2–3 tbsp Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce
- 150–200g grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / 350°F.
- Cook the pasta according to packet instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, gently heat the jarred pasta bake sauce and stir in 2–3 tbsp Tadka Magic until fully combined.
- Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta in a baking dish.
- Top with grated cheese evenly.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling.
Aubergine(Eggplant) & Potato Curry
Serves 3–4
Ingredients
- 300g aubergine (eggplant), chopped into cubes
- 300g potatoes, peeled and diced and boiled
- 2 tsp oil
- 4 tsp Tadka Magic – Traditional Curry Sauce
Methods
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the aubergine cubes and cook for another 10 minutes, until both are tender and lightly golden.
- Stir in 4 tsp of Tadka Magic sauce and simmer for 10 minutes
Serve with naan bread, rice, or a fresh salad.
